As an Adobe Analytics Consultant, you will be part of our experienced Professional Services team. After an extensive ramp-up and integration period, your key responsibilities will include the following.

What you’ll do

  • As a product owner define goals, set priorities and manage backlog of innovative features
  • Discover, validate, and document requirements
  • In-depth Data Analysis
  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify opportunities to grow customer value within the Adobe Analytics stack and platform
  • Deliver insight and understanding of visitor and customer behavior
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements
  • Manage digital analytics reporting to support key performance indicators our e-Commerce clients
  • Define analytics Quality Assurance and testing activities to ensure accurate and efficient data collection
  • Validate and debug analytics implementation issues
  • Setup and maintain multiple analytics accounts to drive efficient solutions
  • Guide key stakeholders in the appropriate implementation and validation of new tagging requirements and fixes, and ensure existing tracking remains intact
  • Pilot and implement new functionality for our clients
  • Assist customers and partners in project implementation, mainly in product expertise but also in Project management when necessary, development, testing, and training
  • Contribute to product implementation/customization
  • Create implementation plans and estimates for new and existing clients in the territory you will cover
  • Contribute to delivering Adobe Analytics projects on time and on budget
  • Provide feedback, summary, and information about projects situation (Difficulties, risks, successes, opportunities, etc)
  • Liaise and coordinate with other Adobe Analytics entities to optimize the use of resources
  • Assess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth
  • Provide periodic project updates to executives and product leadership

What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
  • Expertise in data visualization, reporting and/or data science tooling, technologies, and approaches
  • Ability to establish a business case, drive a vision, validate a hypothesis, and grow features from inception to GA market scalability
  • Proven experience in web analytics technology, specifically the Adobe Analytics or marketing cloud solutions
  • Good presentation and customer-facing skills
  • Digital marketing domain knowledge could be a strong “nice to have” capabilities.
  • Optimizing web solution and ensuring performance requirements are met
  • Agile development methodology experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience implementing web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst/Omniture/Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics Premium/360 or Webtrends
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills
  • High energy individual who can drive change and manage multiple implementation projects
  • Enjoys collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
  • The ability to distill a complex set of requirements into defined deliverables
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in a way that enables the team to understand what they are doing and why
  • The ability to think strategically about meeting broad requirements sets
  • Strong collaboration skills to interface successfully with a broad variety of stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with major analytics tools in the market
